Smartleggio can read scores in widespread MusicXML and PDF formats. In addition to that, Smartleggio supports its own file format designed to combine better on-screen display with advanced features of a digital file format.
Smartleggio is able to track the current playing position of the performance using microphone and automatically show the next page when necessary. This feature is most useful at stages when the piece is played fluently enough, and can help in performing, practicing or sight-reading your scores.
To help you find scores to play, or if you just want to quickly try Smartleggio in action, Smartleggio provides access to the online library of piano scores based on the Mutopia Project's library. All scores are provided in the Smartleggio's file format and optimized for tablet screen sizes.
